Attitudes about plastic and plastic pollution

We are designing an app to help people deal with plastic pollution. This questionnaire will ask you about your attitudes to plastic and plastic pollution and whether you would be interested in an app to help you manage plastic waste. This short questionnaire will help us design the app.
A sample of people who complete the questionnaire will be invited to participate in a follow-up study evaluating a prototype of the plastic waste app which will involve a reward of a £10 Amazon gift voucher.
